MTR Overview Training

With the introduction of a new Audio Visual system throughout the building, there was a need to ensure that scientists and staff could easily access and utilize the upgraded technology for seamless video meetings.

 

The objective was to develop and deliver an engaging training program that would familiarize users with the new Microsoft Teams Room (MTR) system. This included creating promotional materials and organizing an in-person, hands-on training session to encourage active participation and learning.

 

A clear and informative poster was designed to promote the training and highlight the benefits of the new AV system. An overview video was produced to visually demonstrate the features and ease of use of the MTR system. The in-person training session provided a personal, hands-on approach, allowing participants to interact directly with the technology and ask questions in real time.

 

The training was highly effective, with many scientists now having a solid understanding of how to operate the new MTR system. The combination of visual materials and hands-on experience empowered users to confidently utilize the upgraded AV technology for their video meetings.
